A Career That Makes a Difference!
In the fall of 1997, I joined Discovery Toys with the idea of enjoying the toys with my children and just "playing" with the business as a hobby. After my first fall season and attending a Leadership Conference in Chicago in the winter of 1998, I decided to make a commitment of sharing these toys with others by setting goals and trying my best with my home-based business.My goal each year is to earn the Discovery Toys Incentive Trip for my family. They have enjoyed trips to Mexico (2 times), Bahamas, and Vienna. This year our goal is to earn our DREAM VACATION on the island of Puerto Rico!
Sharing Discovery Toys with parents & educators has been a passion of mine for 12 years. I enjoy doing home parties, however, you can also find me at educational conferences, corporate offices, fairs, crafts shows, schools, or hospitals. I try to reach out to as many people as I can, and I am hoping this new website will help!
My favorite pasttime is creating newborn gift baskets filled with Discovery Toys. If you, your school, church, or company would prefer to send a Discovery Toys gift basket instead of a potted plant or flowers to new parents or a child in the hospital, please contact me. I have received such a warm and positive response to my colorful, fun baskets filled with educational toys for new babies and children. What a great start to learning!
